21 Groups across the counties of Fife, Lothians, Borders and Dumfries and Galloway offer Riding, Carriage Driving and Equestrian Vaulting to people who might benefit in their general health and well being.

Through contact with the horses and volunteers people get the chance to take exercise and to improve movement of muscles and joints as well as helping balance, co-ordination, speech, memory and social skills and the sheer enjoyment of being able to take part in a sport.

Being part of a Group improves lives but as a charity there is always a need for more help and more funding so do something amazing - support RDA today.
